Established in 1996, Coles Kennels are situated in the peaceful surroundings of Upper Ridgeway Farm, a working farm located in the beautiful Surrey Hills, only five minutes from the A3. With almost unlimited space available, the kennels were built to give the visiting dogs large grassed paddocks which are irrigated in the summer to help keep the grass vigorous and the ground clean and healthy. The large buildings are well insulated and can be ventilated if necessary, containing roomy sleeping pens with raised, underfloor heated beds.

Our highly experienced staff are genuine dog lovers, giving the visitors care and individual attention. The dogs are let out into grassy paddocks, individually or in groups, to exercise and have great fun!

Our aim is to ensure the dogs are secure, healthy, comfortable and have an enjoyable holiday.

Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday: 9 am to 12 noon & 4 pm to 5.30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 12 noon only

Terms

Payment:

We charge for the day of arrival and departure unless your dog is collected by 10.30 am.

Payment is made on collection. Preferred payment methods are cash or card.

Health:

Owners must produce an up to date certificate from their veterinary surgeon showing that their dog has had the relevant inoculations, which must include vaccination against kennel cough.

Please treat your dog for fleas before bringing to kennels.

Should your dog need veterinary care the fees will be charged to the owner.

Dogs are left at owner’s risk. We reserve the right to relocate any unclaimed dogs after 14 days if there has been no contact with owners.

Accommodation:

The kennels are situated on a farm in a beautiful and secluded setting bordering on the Devils Punch Bowl.

The well-insulated accommodation has spacious pens, mainly with raised beds, underfloor heating and covered outside runs.

The dogs are exercised in compatible groups in spacious grass paddocks.

Bitches in season will be housed separately.

Dogs appreciate having their own familiar bedding but please do not bring anything too precious.

Feeding:

We use only good quality foods in our kennels, but please bring your own prescription diet if necessary.

Other information:

Owners are encouraged to view the kennels prior to their dog’s stay. Viewings are by appointment only
