All above prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT, food, heating, etc.
An 8% discount will be given for stays over 21 days.
Cancellations
Due to many last minute cancellations, leaving desperate customers unable to book a place for their pets, we unfortunately now have to apply a cancellation charge if bookings are cancelled.
The charge will be:
less than 14 days prior to booking 25%
less than 7 days prior to booking 50%
less than 3 days prior to booking payment in full
Collection Day Charges
We charge for the day of arrival, but there is no charge for the day of collection if collected before 10.30 am.
If collected between 10.30 am and 12.00 am, ½ day fee, if collected in the afternoon, full day fee.
Christmas
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day is charged at double.
Opening Hours
Weekdays – 9.00 a.m. – 12 a.m., 4.00 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Weekends – 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 a.m. ONLY
Bank Holiday – CLOSED
