All above prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT, food heating, etc.
Discounts will be given for charges of over:
£300 at 5%
£400 at 7.5%
£500 at 10%
Cancellations
Due to many last minute cancellations, leaving desperate customers unable to book a place for their cats and/or dogs, we unfortunately now have to apply a cancellation charge if bookings are cancelled.
The charge will be –
less than 14 days prior to booking 25%
less than 7 days prior to booking 50%
less than 3 days prior to booking payment in full
Timing
We charge for the day of arrival, BUT
There is no charge for the day of collection
If collected before 10.30 a.m.
If collected between 10.30 am and 12.00 am, ½ day fee,
If collected between 4 pm and 5.30 pm, full day fee.
Opening Hours
Weekdays – 9.00 a.m. – 12 a.m., 4.00 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Weekends – 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 a.m. ONLY
Bank Holiday – CLOSED
